Please note that due to restrictions from our current pharmacy, direct shipping to certain states, including CA and MI, is not possible. Consequently, orders for these states need to be routed through our WA clinic initially before being dispatched to CA and MI. A shipping fee of $40 is added to reflect the second shipment.

Prescription Fulfillment Terms
1. Prescription Transmission: Lumos Care will send prescriptions to qualified patients through a secure pharmacy portal. This process ensures that all prescription information is transmitted directly and safely to the designated pharmacy.
2. Pharmacy Processing: Upon receiving the prescription, the pharmacy will review and process the order according to its standard procedures. The prescription will be filled and prepared for shipment by the pharmacy.
3. Shipping and Delivery: Once the prescription is fulfilled, the pharmacy will directly ship the medication from its facility to the patient’s residential address. All shipping and delivery arrangements will be handled by the pharmacy, ensuring timely and secure delivery of the medication to the patient.
4. Patient Notification: Patients will receive notifications regarding the status of their prescription, including confirmation of shipment and estimated delivery dates, as provided by the pharmacy.
5. Privacy and Security: Lumos Care ensures that all prescription information is handled with the highest level of privacy and security, complying with relevant regulations and standards to protect patient data throughout the process.
